Wholesale real estate transactions, connecting property sellers with vetted buyers.
Portfolio and market advisory services.
Services may evolve, and we reserve the right to expand, modify, or discontinue any aspect of our offerings at our sole discretion.
3. Consent to Communications (10DLC & TCPA Compliance)
By providing your phone number, email, or other contact information to Monarch, you expressly consent to receive communications from us, including calls, emails, and SMS/MMS messages related to your inquiry, property, or our services.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.
You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to SMS messages or contacting us directly.
Consent to receive communications is not a condition of purchase.
We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and 10DLC messaging requirements.
4. Payment and Billing
Payment terms will be clearly outlined in writing before any transaction is finalized. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of the agreed services. Monarch accepts standard payment methods, which may include certified funds, wire transfers, or other mutually agreed options.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you wish to cancel or reschedule a property-related service, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee, as specified in your service agreement.
6. Liability & Disclaimer
Real estate transactions involve inherent risks. Monarch Global Holdings LLC exercises due diligence and follows industry best practices; however:
We are not responsible for market fluctuations, property defects not disclosed by sellers, or unforeseen title issues.
Our liability is limited to the scope of the written agreement executed with you.
Under no circumstances shall Monarch be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Property Access & Cooperation
By engaging our services, you agree to provide timely cooperation and grant necessary access to properties for inspections, valuations, or related investment activities.
8. Compliance with Laws & Regulations
Monarch Global Holdings LLC operates in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local real estate laws and environmental regulations. Clients are responsible for ensuring their participation does not violate any contractual or legal obligations.
9. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our separate Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably.
If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
By agreeing, you waive the right to participate in a class action against Monarch.
11. Modifications to Terms
Monarch Global Holdings LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised "Effective Date." Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
